Studio Policies
To ensure that every guest has the best experience possible we ask that you follow these policies.
We appreciate your cooperation.
Cancellation
We ask for 48 hours notice on any and all cancellations. Cancellations made after 48 hours will be charged a fee of 50% service booked. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be charged 100% of service booked.
Late & No Show
If you are more than 10 minutes late you are subject to being denied service.
No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked and will be blocked from booking any further appointments- if there are future appointments booked they will automatically be cancelled.
Removal
We do not offer removal of others works for the safety of both client and nail artist. If you show up with product on your nail from another artist you will be denied service and charged 100% of the service booked.
Guests
As we are a small studio we ask that you do not bring any guests that are not being serviced.
Children are not allowed in studio unless being serviced.
At this time we are unable to make any exceptions to this rule.
